From first call to ongoing engagement.

Book a consultation call

We start with a 45-minute call to understand the current state of your finance workflows, systems, and team. No prep required. We ask the questions.

Receive a scoped proposal

After the call, we send a written proposal that names the problem, the recommended engagement type, scope boundaries, and pricing. No surprises.

Begin the engagement

Engagements start with a structured discovery week. We review your current processes, systems, and data before any work is done or recommendations are made.

Ongoing retainer or fixed-scope delivery

Most clients move into a monthly retainer after the initial engagement. Fixed-scope projects (automations, integrations, assessments) are delivered with clear milestones and sign-off.

What we don't do

  • Tax preparation or filing
  • Audit representation or attest services
  • Legal or compliance opinions
  • Full-time embedded staffing (we work alongside your team, not instead of it)

Pricing & terms

Scoped to the engagement, not to a package.

Retainer pricing, engagement minimums, and payment terms are discussed during the scoping call and confirmed in the written proposal. We don't publish fixed packages because the right scope depends on what we find.

Assessment

Scope, cost, and timeline confirmed during the consultation call before any work begins.

Retainer structure

Monthly retainers priced based on engagement type, scope, and team involvement. Discussed and agreed in writing before kickoff.

Exit terms

Cancellation terms are stated clearly in the engagement agreement. We do not lock clients into open-ended commitments.
