Elevate Finance Group was founded by Arabel Ortega and Andrew DiCosmo to bring senior finance operations experience and enterprise technology expertise under one roof — working from the same diagnosis, on the same engagement.
Arabel brings senior finance operations experience across the full accounting cycle — AR management, billing accuracy, collections, accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll, amortization schedules, reconciliations, and month-end close. She has worked across SaaS, media, and professional services businesses, building the operational infrastructure that connects finance workflows to the tools teams actually rely on.
Her focus is practical: diagnose what is slowing the close, clean up the billing logic, document the process, and make the work reproducible without adding complexity. At Elevate Finance Group, Arabel leads fractional finance engagements, operational assessments, and finance workflow design across retainer and project-based work.
Andrew brings CTO-level experience in cloud architecture, AI implementation, and enterprise systems delivery built across technical leadership roles at Blackspoke and CloudTect. He has led the design and build of production AI systems, custom workflow automation, API integrations between finance and operational tools, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
His approach is engineering-first: define the right system before choosing the tool, build with clear ownership and failure handling, and document so the team can operate without dependency on the builder. At Elevate Finance Group, Andrew leads AI implementation, workflow automation, systems integration, and any engagement where the path forward involves building or connecting software.

Arabel and Andrew founded Elevate Finance Group because the best outcomes happen when a senior finance operator and a technical builder work from the same diagnosis. Too often, consultants bring one or the other. We bring both — on the same engagement, reviewing the same data, aligned on what needs to actually change.
